Terms and Conditions

Last updated: [DATE TO BE FILLED]

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Amplivine website (amplivine.world) and any services provided by Amplivine. By accessing this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

Amplivine is a digital strategy consultancy. Contact details are available on our Contact page.

2. Services

We provide Shopify store creation and optimisation, website conceptualisation, and core process optimisation. The scope of any engagement will be defined in a separate written proposal or agreement signed by both parties.

3. Engagement and payment

Pricing, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms for each engagement will be set out in a signed proposal or statement of work. Payment terms typically require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due on completion or milestone.

4. Intellectual property

On full payment, the client owns the deliverables specifically created for their engagement. Amplivine retains the right to display work in its portfolio unless the engagement is subject to a written confidentiality agreement.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any business information shared during an engagement that is not already public.

6. Limitation of liability

Amplivine provides strategic guidance and implementation services in good faith. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our work or this website. Maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as set out in the signed proposal. Fees for work completed before termination remain payable.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

9. Changes to these terms

Amplivine may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.

10. Contact

Questions about these terms should be directed to Amplivine via the Contact page.
